this record was born in the aftermath of one of the most difficult chapters of my life... and of our band’s. there were days i felt split in half, days i wanted to vanish completely, days where the only thing keeping me here was the promise that maybe i could turn all of the chaos and heartache i helped create into something i could learn from.

cue smoke, mirrors, misdirection.

this is a story about the strange magic of becoming someone new after the old version of yourself vanishes.
